Walk through the property's history
Ca’ Paravento is a charming 18th- century property that showcases the region’s architectural heritage. This four-hectare estate features two traditional wood and stone structures, carefully restored to their former glory.
The original buildings were abandoned after World War 2, around 1950. When the original owners first discovered the property in 2006, only a few walls remained standing and all the original stones lay scattered on the ground. These stones were reclaimed and reused, ensuring the restored buildings retained their authentic character and historic charm.
Through three years of dedicated effort, Ca’ Paravento was lovingly restored to its former splendour, with the project being completed in 2010.
