Walk through the property's history

Ca Paravento (we found this name in the old maps) is a property of 4 hectares where stands  two typical stone and wood houses from apennines mountains , dated back at XVIII century, abandoned after World War 2, around 1950.

When we first saw it,  back in 2006 , most of it  was completely down and few walls were still standing; all the original stones were on the ground and we succed in re-use them all preserving the original constructive form.

It took 3 years, tons of love, and  finally in 2010 Ca’Paravento was back to its ancient beauty!
